Electrical Safety Checks for Hotels

Any educational facilitiy such as schools, colleges or universities should have an full Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at least every five years. These regulations are specified in the IET Wiring Regulations (currently BS7671:2018). We also recommend electrical inspections should be carried out annually to ensure safety standards are maintained.
